Orthodoxy in the West is
increasing rapidly, where converts are constantly introduced to this ancient
Church. This creates new issues but also opportunities for the furtherance of
the development of the Orthodox Church, worldwide. One feature evident now in
the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain, which is under the jurisdiction
of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and caters mainly for the Greek population in
the UK (however, people from all around the Orthodox World practice their faith
in the Churches under the Thyateira jurisdiction, which is the largest Orthodox
Archdiocese in the British Isles) is the fact that English Liturgies are
celebrated in many Churches around the country.
Here is a list of the Churches
and certain calendar detail on when the Liturgy is celebrated in English, taken
from the site of the Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain (http://www.thyateira.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=310&Itemid=35):
